At NextPlay Sportswear, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly, following best practices for both U.S. and Canadian shoppers.

1. General Return Eligibility

  • Non-customized products (such as fan gear, accessories, or blank apparel) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customized products (jerseys with team logos, names, numbers, or special fabrics) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in personalization.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size adjustments on non-customized products.
  • For Canadian customers, cross-border exchanges may take longer due to customs clearance.
  • To speed up the process, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the unwanted item separately.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective item or the wrong customization (e.g., misspelled name, wrong number), contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the defect or error so our quality team can quickly resolve the issue.
  • In these cases, we cover return shipping costs and issue either a replacement or full refund.

5. Shipping & Return Process

  • U.S. customers will receive a prepaid UPS/USPS return label for eligible returns.
  • Canadian customers will receive a Canada Post return label for eligible returns.
  • For bulk or team store orders, please contact our Team Sales Support for tailored return instructions.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Customized or personalized uniforms (unless defective)
