• Full Sublimation Print: Your design is applied edge-to-edge with ink dyed directly into the polyester fabric. It will not peel, crack, or fade.

• Design Support: Our team can work from a finished logo, a rough sketch, or just a color idea. Unlimited revisions are included until the proof looks right.

• Size Range: Unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL. Women’s sizing from W3XS to W3XL. A surcharge of $1.60 per piece applies to 3XL and 4XL sizes.

• Additional Garment Options: D-back styling, chest pocket, V-neck, and raglan sleeve can be added for an extra fee. These can be mixed and matched.

• Name & Number Personalization: Add individual names and numbers. $0.30 per piece surcharge.

• Sample Order: A single pre-production sample can be made (3–5 days after design approval) for $40.00/pcs.
  

• Preferred files: vector formats (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

• If text is included, please convert fonts to outlines or send the font files along.

• Not sure about your file? Send what you have. Our design team will review it and let you know if adjustments are needed.

• A digital mockup of your tee will be provided for approval before production begins. Nothing goes to print without your confirmation.

• Screen colors can look different on fabric. If exact color matching is critical, ask about a fabric sample or a single sample piece beforehand.
  

• D-Back Styling: $0.30 per piece

• Chest Pocket: $0.45 per pocket

• V-Neck: $0.20 per piece

• Raglan Sleeve: $0.35 per piece

• Name & Number Personalization: $0.30 per piece

• Physical Sample: $40.00/pcs (produced 3–5 days after artwork approval)

Production & Shipping Timelines

All shipments are door-to-door from our global manufacturing hub, standard service to commercial addresses in non-remote areas. Shipping estimates are listed in the price table above.

Additional Service Charges

• Urgent Shipment Surcharge: See “Est. Urgent Shipping” column in the price table. Added to production time for accelerated 2–3 day transit.

• Remote Area Surcharge: See “Remote Area Surcharge” column in the price table. Varies by location and adds 4–5 business days to transport.

• Private Address Surcharge: $8.00 per shipment for home or non-commercial deliveries.

• Address Change Fee: $15.00 per package if the delivery address is changed after shipment.
  

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

• Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve fabric texture and print life.

• Do not iron directly on printed areas. If needed, iron inside out on a low setting.

• Do not dry clean.

Following these steps keeps the waffle grid breathable and the colors strong.

• Color Variation: Actual sublimation colors may differ slightly from screen previews. A digital proof and optional sample help set accurate expectations.

• Size Tolerance: All measurements are taken by hand with a ±5% tolerance. Use the size charts as a guide and compare with a garment you already own.

• Size Surcharges: An additional $1.60/pc applies to sizes 3XL and 4XL in the unisex range.

• Artwork Approval: Production will only start after you approve the final digital mockup. Please check all details carefully.

• Custom Orders: Because each piece is made to order with your design, custom decorated items cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing faults.

• MOQ 1 Piece: Orders starting from a single piece are accepted. This is ideal for samples or very small groups.

• Bulk Options: For orders of 1000 pieces and above, dedicated bulk pricing and shipping solutions are available. Contact information is in the How to Order section.
