• Full Sublimation Print: Ink is dyed directly into the pinhole mesh fabric, covering edge-to-edge. The print will not crack, peel, or fade under normal use.

• Design Support: Send a finished logo, a rough concept, or just a color direction. Our design team assists with unlimited revisions until the proof looks right.

• Size Range: Unisex/kids sizing from YXS to 4XL and women’s sizing from W3XS to W3XL. A surcharge of $2.00 per piece applies to sizes 3XL and 4XL.

• Additional Garment Options: D-back styling, chest pocket, V-neck, and raglan sleeve available at the fees listed in the Attachment / Upgrade Options section.

• Name & Number Personalization: Individual names and numbers added for identification. $0.30 per piece surcharge.

• Sample Order: A physical sample piece can be produced in 3–5 days after artwork approval for $40.00/pcs.
  

• Preferred file types: vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster images (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

• Please convert any text to outlines or include the font files.

• If your file doesn’t meet these specs, send what you have. Our design team will review it and advise.

• A digital mockup of your tee will be shared for your approval before production begins. No printing starts without your go-ahead.

• Screen colors can appear slightly different on the pinhole mesh texture. For precise color matching, ask about a physical fabric swatch or a sample piece.
  

• D-Back Styling: $0.30 per piece

• Chest Pocket: $0.45 per pocket

• V-Neck: $0.20 per piece

• Raglan Sleeve: $0.35 per piece

• Name & Number Personalization: $0.30 per piece

• Physical Sample: $40.00/pcs (produced 3–5 days after artwork approval)

Production & Shipping Timelines

All shipments are door-to-door from our global manufacturing hub, standard service to commercial addresses in non-remote areas. Shipping estimates are shown in the price table above.

Additional Service Charges

• Urgent Shipment Surcharge: See the “Est. Urgent Shipping” column in the price table. Covers 2–3 day transit added to production time.

• Remote Area Surcharge: See the “Remote Area Surcharge” column in the price table. Varies by location and adds 4–5 business days to transport.

• Private Address Surcharge: $8.00 per shipment for home or non-commercial deliveries.

• Address Change Fee: $15.00 per package if the delivery address is changed after shipment.
  

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

• Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maintain the mesh structure and print life.

• Do not iron directly on printed areas. If needed, iron inside out on a low setting.

• Do not dry clean.

These steps help protect the micro-ventilation holes and keep the sublimation colors strong over time.

• Color Variation: Colors on the pinhole mesh may appear slightly different from screen previews. We provide a digital proof and recommend a physical sample for color-critical projects.

• Size Tolerance: All measurements are taken by hand. A ±5% tolerance applies to all size chart dimensions.

• Size Surcharges: An additional $2.00/pc is applied to sizes 3XL and 4XL in the unisex range.

• Artwork Approval: Production begins only after you approve the final digital mockup. Please review details carefully before approving.

• Custom Orders: Custom-decorated items are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.

• MOQ 1 Piece: We accept orders starting from a single piece, suitable for samples or small group orders.

• Bulk Orders: For 1000 pieces and above, dedicated bulk pricing and shipping options are available. Use the contact details in the How to Order section.
