• Full Sublimation Print: Ink is dyed into the SolarProtec fabric, covering edge-to-edge. The print integrates with the material’s stretch and won’t peel or fade.

• Design Support: Our team can work from your finished logo, a sketch, or just a color concept. Unlimited revisions are included until the proof is approved.

• Size Range: Unisex/kids sizes YXS–4XL and women’s sizes W3XS–W3XL. A surcharge of $2.10/pc applies to 3XL and 4XL.

• Additional Garment Options: D-back, chest pocket, V-neck, and raglan sleeve available at the fees listed in the Attachment / Upgrade Options section.

• Name & Number Personalization: Individual names and numbers can be added. $0.33 per piece surcharge.

• Sample Order: A physical sample can be produced in 3–5 days after artwork approval for $40.00/pcs.
  

• Preferred file types: vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution raster files (.png, .psd) at 150–300 dpi at actual print size.

• Convert text to outlines or include the font files so nothing shifts during file handling.

• If your files don’t match these specs, send what you have. Our design team will review and advise on any adjustments.

• A digital mockup will be provided for your approval before production begins. We do not print until you give the go-ahead.

• Screen colors may look slightly different on the UPF fabric. For precise color matching, ask about a fabric swatch or a pre-production sample.
  

• D-Back Styling: $0.33 per piece

• Chest Pocket: $0.48 per pocket

• V-Neck: $0.23 per piece

• Raglan Sleeve: $0.38 per piece

• Name & Number Personalization: $0.33 per piece

Production & Shipping Timelines

All shipments are door-to-door from our global manufacturing hub, standard service to commercial addresses in non-remote areas. Shipping estimates are shown in the price table above.

Additional Service Charges

• Urgent Shipment Surcharge: See the “Est. Urgent Shipping” column in the price table. Covers 2–3 day transit added to production time.

• Remote Area Surcharge: See the “Remote Area Surcharge” column in the price table. Varies by location and adds 4–5 business days to transport.

• Private Address Surcharge: $8.00 per shipment for home or non-commercial deliveries.

• Address Change Fee: $15.00 per package if the delivery address is changed after shipment.
  

• Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle.

• Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry. High heat can affect spandex recovery and print longevity.

• Do not iron directly on printed areas. If ironing is needed, use low heat inside out.

• Do not dry clean.

Following these steps helps preserve the UPF protection, stretch, and sublimation colors over time.

• Color Variation: Sublimation colors may look slightly different on the SolarProtec fabric compared to screen previews. A digital proof and optional physical sample help set accurate expectations.

• Size Tolerance: All measurements are taken by hand. A ±5% tolerance applies to the size chart dimensions.

• Size Surcharges: An additional $2.10/pc applies to 3XL and 4XL sizes in the unisex range.

• Artwork Approval: Production starts only after you approve the final digital mockup. Please check all details before approving.

• Custom Orders: Custom-decorated items are made to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged except for manufacturing defects.

• MOQ 12 Pieces: Orders from a single piece are accepted, ideal for testing a sample or outfitting a small group.

• Bulk Orders: For 1000 pieces and above, dedicated bulk pricing and shipping options are available. Contact details are in the How to Order section.
